Данная статья посвящена исследованию двух динамично развивающихся направлений управленческой теоретической мысли, одно из которых находится в области предпринимательства, а другое — в области лидерства. К данным направлениям относятся социальное предпринимательство и лидерство как служение.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Целью статьи является постановка задач развития теории управления на основе симбиоза социального предпринимательства и лидерства как служения.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Данная работа вносит концептуальный вклад в развитие менеджмента, открывая новое направление для проведения исследований. В статье проводятся анализ и синтез взаимовлияния и взаимопроникновения социального предпринимательства и лидерства-служения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В работе раскрываются основная сущность и общие особенности социального предпринимательства, отличающие его от «традиционного» предпринимательства и близких форм социальной активности. Кроме этого, рассматриваются внешние и внутренние предпосылки, оказывающие влияние на развитие социального предпринимательства. В части статьи, посвященной развитию нового направления в области лидерства, авторы описывают кардинальные изменения парадигмы управления, а также трансформацию взглядов на лидерство. Далее приводятся ключевые особенности идеологии лидерства как служения, и обозначается значимость лидеров данного типа для современной управленческой среды. В одном из заключительных разделов статьи раскрывается роль лидерства-служения в социальном предпринимательстве. Авторы выделяют основополагающие атрибуты, описывающие особую ценностную ориентацию личности, характерную как для лидера-служителя, так и для социального предпринимателя.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Делается вывод о том, что современным трендом развития управленческой теории станет попытка поиска взаимосвязей отдельных направлений, на которые распалась классическая теория менеджмента. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Subject</title><p>Subject. The article focuses on two perspective directions of research in theoretical managerial thought. One of the directions is social entrepreneurship that exists in the field of entrepreneurship. The other one is servant leadership that describes an emerging concept in the field of leadership.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. The purpose of the study is to formulate the tasks developing the management theory that is based on the symbiotic relationship between social entrepreneurship and servant leadership.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. The scholars introduce new methodological approach to research and contribute to the conceptual development of management. The authors analyze and consolidate the interconnection and interpenetration of social entrepreneurship and servant leadership.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The article provides an overview of the main essence of social entrepreneurship and its general features. They distinguish social entrepreneurship from “traditional” one as well as from other cognate activities like “social activism”. Moreover, the work considers external and internal antecedents influencing the social entrepreneurship development. The following part of the article is devoted to the development of a new avenue in the leadership area. The authors describe fundamental changes in the management paradigm, in particular transformations in the leadership views. The article also addresses the major specifics of the servant leadership ideology and indicates the significance of servant leaders. Finally, the authors focus on the role of servant leadership in social entrepreneurship. They highlight the basic attributes that show the similar value orientations both for servant leader and social entrepreneur.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
