Управление цепочками поставок (SC) сейчас, в период сбоев, вызванных пандемией COVID-19, также переживает цифровую трансформацию, Цель данного исследования — проведение эмпирического дескриптивного анализа роли цифровых технологий в повышении эффективности и восстановлении цепочек поставок как в докризисный период, так и в условиях пандемии. Исследование основано на обработке статистических данных и макроэкономических показателей, которые находятся в свободном доступе. В качестве базовых индикаторов рассматриваются: ВВП как характеристика уровня экономического развития страны до кризиса; индекс эффективности логистики; индекс цифровой жизни. Для сравнительного анализа отобраны страны из разных категорий в контексте выбранных показателей оценки. Результаты, полученные в данной работе, подтвердили, что внедрение ИКТ дает возможность восстановить разрушенные кризисом цепочки поставок и повысить их эффективность, что позволяет бизнесу в условиях пандемии увеличить свои шансы на продолжение функционирования и успешно встроиться в новую восстанавливающуюся постпандемийную экономическую систему. Сделан вывод, что на национальном уровне развитые экономики показывали высокую эффективность своих логистических систем и высокие значения рейтинга цифровой жизни. При этом в странах со средним и ниже среднего уровнями развития экономики влияние ИКТ на работоспособность логистической системы не являлось определяющим. Результаты данного исследования могут использоваться руководителями различного уровня при определении стратегии и тактики развития предприятий, в том числе кризис-менеджмента. Методы и данные исследования могут применяться для дальнейшего изучения влияния ИКТ на восстановление и эффективность глобальных и локальных цепочек поставок, в том числе с учетом обновленных данных, учитывающих влияние пандемии коронавируса на индикаторы, использовавшиеся в данной работе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Information and communication technologies (ICT) have become an integral part of our life. Currently, supply chain (SC) management is also in a digital transformation, especially during the period of disruptions in global and local supply chains caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to provide an empirical descriptive analysis of the role of digital technologies in improving the efficiency and recovery of SC in the pre-crisis period as well as in a pandemic. The research is based on the processing of statistical data and macroeconomic indicators that are freely available. The following are considered as basic indicators: Gross domestic product as a characteristic of the country's economic development level before the crisis; logistics efficiency index; digital life index. The authors have chosen few countries from different categories for the comparative analysis in the context of the selected assessment indicators The obtained study results confirmed the significant role of ICT in the efficiency improving and restoration of SC which had been destroyed in COVID-19. It is concluded that developed economies showed a high efficiency of their logistics systems at the national level and high values of the digital life rating. At the same time, the influence of ICT on the logistics system performance was not decisive in countries with average economic development and below ones. The results of this study can be used by companies' top management of various levels to build a strategy and tactics for their development including crisis management.
