Сегодня российские нефтегазовые компании находятся под гнетом целого ряда негативных факторов и обстоятельств, которые пагубно сказываются как на их деятельности, так и на национальной экономике в целом. Все это диктует необходимость тщательного осмысления и проработки сложившейся ситуации для последующего принятия эффективных мер и управленческих решений стратегического характера.</p><p>Цель исследования состоит в формировании концепции и указании новых перспективных направлений диверсификации деятельности российских нефтегазовых компаний.</p><p>Авторы использовали теоретический инструментарий, сочетающий методы дедукции, индукции, аналогии, обобщения и классификации. Применены такие эмпирические подходы, как сравнение, наблюдение и описание.</p><p>В результате работы обобщен опыт и проанализированы ключевые аспекты диверсификации высокотехнологичных российских и зарубежных компаний в контексте экосистемного подхода к построению бизнеса, сформулированы концептуальные принципы и предложена модель управления деятельностью отечественных нефтегазовых предприятий. На примере компании ПАО «Газпром» проведен анализ текущей организационно-экономической деятельности российского нефтегазового предприятия, что позволило выделить основные предпосылки и причины ее диверсификации. С помощью полученных данных обоснованы новые направления диверсификации бизнеса отечественных нефтегазовых компаний из этого сектора, что является важным стратегическим решением, поскольку хозяйственные результаты этих предприятий имеют определяющее значение для экономической устойчивости России.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study’s relevance is explained that nowadays, Russian oil and gas companies are under the pressure of some negative factors and circumstances that adversely affect both their activities and the national economy entirely. All this dictates the need for a thorough understanding and elaboration of the current situation for the subsequent adoption of effective measures and management decisions strategic. The purpose of the paper is to form a concept and show new promising areas for diversifying the activities of Russian oil and gas companies. The authors used theoretical tools that combine deduction methods, induction, analogy, generalization, and classification. Also, the authors applied such empirical approaches as comparison, observation, and description. As a result, the work summarized an experience and analyzed key aspects of diversification of high-tech Russian and foreign companies in an ecosystem approach to making a business. The authors planned conceptual principles and proposed a model for managing the activities of domestic oil and gas enterprises. There have been carried out the example of PJSC Gazprom, an analysis of the current organizational and economic activities of a Russian oil and gas enterprise, which gave a possibility to identify the main prerequisites and reasons for its diversification. With the help of the data obtained, new trends for the diversification of the business of domestic oil and gas companies from this sector are substantiated.
