Однако процессы управления изменениями проекта не учитывают необходимость осуществления аналитических процедур динамической обработки массивов мультимодальных данных. Цель исследования состоит в определении содержания аналитических процедур управления проектами и обосновании использования технологий машинного обучения для их эффективного осуществления. Методологической основой послужили методы управления проектами, теория изменений, концепции искусственного интеллекта и машинного обучения, а также аналитические подходы. В работе также применялись методы дескриптивного моделирования процесса управления проектами и экспертных оценок перспектив использования технологий машинного обучения. Информационную базу составили научные материалы по рассматриваемой теме, а также экспертные оценки. Результаты исследования позволили сделать вывод, что для анализа мультимодальных данных наиболее востребованы технологии обработки естественного языка и интеллектуальной поддержки принятия решений, которые могут служить основой новых технологических решений в сфере управления проектами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The modern project environment is characterized by high complexity, uncertainty, speed and depth of changes that affect the project during its life cycle. However, the project’s change management processes do not take into account the need to implement analytical procedures for dynamic processing of multimodal data arrays. The purpose of the study is to determine the content of analytical procedures for project management and substantiate the use of machine learning technologies for their effective implementation. The methodological basis was project management methods, theory of change, concepts of artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as analytical approaches. Methods of descriptive modeling of the project management process and expert assessments of the prospects for using machine learning technologies were also used in the work. The information base was made up of scientific materials on the topic under consideration, as well as expert assessments. The results of the study allowed us to conclude that for the analysis of multimodal data, natural language processing and intellectual decision support technologies are most in demand, which can serve as the basis for new technological solutions in the field of project management.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>управление проектами</kwd><kwd>изменения</kwd><kwd>аналитическая процедура</kwd><kwd>мультимодальное слияние данных</kwd><kwd>машинное обучение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>project management</kwd><kwd>changes</kwd><kwd>analytical procedure</kwd><kwd>multimodal data fusion</kwd><kwd>machine learning</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The article was prepared within the framework of the state assignment of MSTU.
