Авторами в ходе работы был применен метод сравнительного анализа приоритетных целей развития технологии 6G и статистических данных о развитии сетей мобильной связи. Эмпирической базой исследования послужили аналитические отчеты и прогнозы ведущих аналитических агентств, а также результаты экспертных интервью с представителями российских и зарубежных операторов и исследовательских организаций, специализирующихся на изучении технологии шестого поколения. Результатами исследования стали выявленные и систематизированные приоритетные цели ее внедрения в условиях развития экономики данных; анализ эволюции услуг, оказываемых операторами мобильной связи при переходе на новые технологии; формирование основных подходов к изменениям в стратегиях операторов. Новизна подхода обусловлена предметом исследования — технологией 6G и постановкой задачи по выявлению взаимосвязи необходимости трансформации системы стратегического управления операторов в связи́ с ее разработкой и последующим внедрением. Авторами статьи также сформулированы основные предложения по формированию трансформационной модели стратегического управления операторами. Практическая значимость данного исследования заключается в предоставлении всем заинтересованным сторонам научно обоснованных рекомендаций и инструментов для успешной адаптации к технологическим и экономическим вызовам и возможностям, связанным с внедрением сетей 6G, в том числе касающихся стратегий развития бизнеса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of this study is to analyze the emerging trends in the development of sixth-generation (6G) technology, to identify the key challenges and opportunities associated with the 6G era, including changes in mobile network operators’ business models, revenue structures, and infrastructure requirements, and to assess the impact of full-scale 6G deployment on the transformation of strategic management models within mobile operators. The authors applied a comparative analysis method, examining priority development goals of 6G technology alongside statistical data on the evolution of mobile networks. The empirical basis of the research comprised analytical reports and forecasts from leading industry analysts, as well as expert interviews with representatives of Russian and international operators and research institutions specializing in 6G technology. The study’s findings include the identification and systematization of priority objectives for 6G implementation in the context of the data economy; an analysis of the evolution of services provided by mobile operators during the transition to new technologies; and the formulation of fundamental approaches to changes in operator strategies. The novelty of the approach lies in the focus on 6G technology and the task of elucidating the interconnection between the necessity to transform operators’ strategic management systems and the development and deployment of 6G. The authors also propose key recommendations for developing a transformational strategic management model for mobile operators.
