Сформированный свод приемов предлагает набор конкретных аналитик, вскрывающих рисковые зоны в процессах управления крупными проектами по сооружению атомных электростанций, и шаги по их нивелированию. Особое внимание уделено навыкам руководителя проекта в условиях опеки материнской компании и интеграции в ее бизнес-процессы. Кроме того, предложенная классификация позволяет сформировать обучающую систему, которая позволит динамично учитывать новые проблемы и подходы к их решению. В ходе работы в рамках известных концепций, связанных с управлением проектами, использовались как общенаучные: анализ и синтез, наблюдение, группировка и сравнение, так и специальные методы. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны руководителям проектов для структурирования знаний и опыта управления работами по сооружению АЭС. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study aims to systematize practical recommendations for applying core principles of managing large, multi-tiered international projects in the nuclear industry, based on both Russian and international experience. The resulting compilation outlines specific analytical tools that identify risk-prone areas in the management processes of nuclear power plant (NPP) construction projects, as well as actionable steps to mitigate these risks. Particular attention is given to the project manager’s role within the oversight of a parent company and their integration into its broader business processes. Additionally, the proposed classification offers the foundation for a training system capable of dynamically addressing emerging challenges and adapting to new approaches. The research draws upon established project management frameworks and employs both general scientific methods — such as analysis and synthesis, observation, grouping, and comparison — and specialized methodologies.
