В настоящей статье рассматриваются ключевые направления внедрения ИИ в госсектор, а также реальные примеры применения ИИ в деятельности органов власти в России и мире. Вводится классификатор ИИ-решений для ГМУ с указанием потенциальных пилотных площадок и международных аналогов. Подчеркивается, что ИИ выступает в ГМУ не просто инструментом, а полноценным партнером, способным качественно изменить подходы к управлению. Делается вывод о необходимости институциональной и технологической готовности государства к масштабному внедрению ИИ. В исследовании использованы методы анализа международного опыта и сравнительного подхода к оценке практик внедрения ИИ в государственном управлении. Результаты могут быть полезны специалистам в сфере ГМУ, разработчикам цифровых решений и органам власти, планирующим внедрение ИИ-технологий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the transformation of the public and municipal administration (PMA) system. The article explores key areas of AI integration into the public sector, along with realworld examples of AI applications in government agencies in both Russia and abroad. It introduces a classifier of AI solutions for PMA, including potential pilot platforms and international counterparts. The article emphasizes that AI functions not merely as a tool but as a full-fledged partner capable of fundamentally reshaping governance approaches. The study concludes that institutional and technological readiness is essential for the large-scale implementation of AI in public administration. The research employs methods of international case analysis and comparative evaluation of AI implementation practices.
