Подходы к лидерству в промышленных организациях, находящихся в государственной собственности: опыт развивающейся страны

Аннотация
Цель данной работы состоит в изучении стилей руководства, как уже применяющихся, так и еще не проверенных на практике управленческим персоналом промышленных организаций Бангладеш, находящихся в государственной собственности. В исследовании приняли участие 60 специально отобранных руководящих сотрудников трех различных предприятий. Они должны были ответить на 20 вопросов анкеты, составленной ученым-бихевиористом. Для анализа полученных данных использовалось программное обеспечение SPSS. Результаты показали, что контроль над принятием решений понимается респондентами не совсем так, как это описано в теоретических источниках. Выяснилось, что на такие процессы, как выработка политики подразделения в отношении организации работников, определение приемов и методов работы отдела, распределение обязанностей между подчиненными, участие в деятельности подчиненных и поддержание дисциплины, управленческий персонал практически не влияет — его действия полностью подчинены стандартам и процедурам, установленным в компании. При этом участники опроса, конечно, хотели бы иметь возможность оказывать бо́льшее влияние на принятие решений во всех областях.
