Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze ecosystems, including business, educational, and socio-economic ecosystems. The research defines the concept of a “healthcare ecosystem,” identifies its primary objective, and highlights the key element of ecosystem modeling. The article presents examples of successfully implemented models for integrating digital technologies into the operations of healthcare ecosystems abroad. It examines both the conceptual business model of a healthcare ecosystem and the contribution of business processes to achieving its goals and creating value. Universal trends shaping the digital future of healthcare are identified, along with the specific characteristics of the industry in Russia and the significant challenges faced by domestic healthcare ecosystems. The methodological basis of the study includes various forms of analysis, structuring, and graphical methods. The information base was drawn from the ELibrary scientific electronic database. The findings may be of interest to both public and private organizations seeking to create new value for individual health preservation while maximizing benefits and minimizing costs.
